"Low Ropes" for Teams

The Team Challenge is designed to increase team motivation and cohesion. The emphasis is on creating an environment in which work team members learn the importance of developing interpersonal trust while utilizing communication and consensus building skills to effectively solve problems. They participate in activities focusing on effective ways to use team resources as they learn how sharing decision making, and communicating effectively help create a positive and productive work environment.

Special note:
Participant should be dressed appropriately for light physical outdoor activity. All participants should wear athletic shoes. Depending on the season, appropriate attire includes shorts, T-shirts, jeans, sweatshirts, and sweat suits.

This is an interactive course which applies experiential learning to engage the participants in activities focusing on team and trust building, problem solving, and improving communication.
