Rick has over 30 years of experience in corporate and non-profit business sectors. His strengths include project management, strategic planning, business operations and process development. He completed PMP Certification training at Louisiana State University and established/directed a Global Project Office in a mid-size, multinational pharmaceutical firm. Rick's special interest is in applying best business practices in innovative ways and in unexpected work environments, including religious non-profit organizations. He is also a certified associate of Resource Associates Corporation, a world leader in learning, development and coaching.
Rick received his Bachelor's Degree from the college of Human Medicine at Michigan State University, his MT from Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan and practiced as a Registered Medical Technologist in a hospital setting before joining the pharmaceutical industry.
Rick gives back to the community through active participation in his local church and by mobilizing and leading teams of professionals on short-term medical mission trips to developing countries in Africa, Asia and South/Central America.
Rick enjoys running, skiing and gardening. He lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife Barbara. They have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
